The Opportunity

 

 

Main purpose of this role is to increase customer satisfaction toward payment topics and develop new business in a portfolio of key International accounts within the Retail Organization. The professional we look for will play a relevant role in defining an overall strategy for his accounts, to be reflected in an account plan regularly reviewed.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

 

  • Defining and leading an overall strategy for his accounts, to be reflected in an account plan
  • Coordinating and animating internal stakeholders on the accounts (operations support, project managers..) as well as local account managers when relevant
  • Identifying new opportunities with high sales growth potential
  • Participating in business development with a long-term vision
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and initiating actions for its continuous improvement
  • Monitoring the budget and updating the forecast while providing reporting on a regular basis
  • Supporting the execution of the sales strategy either centrally or locally (customer visits, events, emailing, ABM campaigns, partners, etc…).

 

Who Are We Looking For

 

  • Payment background,
  • Excellent communication (French, English),
  • Strong customer orientation and desire to achieve solid customer relationships,
  • Ability to work on your own with limited supervision,
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude,
  • Sales experience
